Full procurement - end to end vendor selection, audit process, cost management, and supplier agreements
Mechanical Engineering - ME CAD development from G3 surfacing through to DFM and final parts with manufacturing intent
Cross functional development - We working closely with SW / EE solution providers through all phases of development
Product Management of all stages of development an MP: EVT/DVT, PVT, T0-TF
Quality assurance: Pre-production line checks from PP / PVT through to MP, ensuring the manufacturing line hits the expected yield rate and AQL simultaneously. Reliability testing, Certifications and Compliance
